What is kept

Messages sent through the contact form — your name, email address and enquiry — are stored so the studio can reply. Shop orders keep the details needed to print, ship and support your purchase: contact details, delivery address and order history.

What is never done

Your details are never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never added to a mailing list unless you separately ask to join one. Payment details are processed by the store’s payment provider and never touch this site’s pages.

Your rights

Write at any time to ask what is held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Contact-form messages and order records are removed on request unless tax or accounting rules require keeping them.
